@Telstra calling out another customer service failure!! 🤯 your app sent me an appointment confirmation without a complete address and partial one conflicts with the only store listing you have on the website and app!! No idea where I’m going and no one answering phone or chat!

@ServiceNSW I have - more than 6 times now. Been on hold for critical hours over several weeks. No-one has been able to answer them. Finally given an email address this afternoon. It should also be declared that the business team doesn’t work all of the hours the phone is operating. PLEASE!

@ServiceNSW have spent WEEKS trying to get specific information about the COVID-19 grants through the phone line only to be given an email address when I finally got through again today. Why is this not published on the website as the means to having questions answered??!!?

@VendHelp we can’t load our inventory count in the scanner iOS app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still not working. Have submitted a ticket but have a team of staff standing around not able to work.
