@Nate_D_Stone @CoachDaleUK Lost 50 lbs in my 40’s kept it off now since 2020. Leanest in my life the key is fasting I don’t eat until the afternoon plus weight lifting as heavy as you can 5 days a week. That’s my story plus no sugar, low carbs, no grains, high protein. That has worked for me!
@CoachDaleUK When I first started, I’d use the treadmill to scope out each piece of equipment used in that days muscle rotation while I jogged. Then I’d go attack them.

"I'm struggling to hit my protein targets..." 1. Only eat sources you love 2. Spread protein across the day 3. Drink 1-2 protein shakes 4. Make your meals tastier 5. Over time, it'll become easier I hope that helps.

@nokinidea @CoachDaleUK Moderate drinking seems to be good for the heart and circulatory system, and can protects against type 2 diabetes and gallstones. On top, drinking it here and there when fhishing, protect you from mosquitos ✌🏻
