Cellulite was non-existent before the 1970s. Now, over 90% of modern women suffer from this pervasive skin condition. Here's a simple way to fix it (Hint: it's got nothing to do with bodyfat):

First, let's get rid of the myth that cellulite has always existed. Pro-cellulite advocates love to point out that 'muh cellulite is depitcted in renaissance paintings! So it's always been around!' And they always point to this *one* Rubens painting as evidence:

They say, "see! These women had cellulite even back in the 1630s!" But there's a problem with this argument. If paintings like these actually deboonked the argument, why does this renaissance "cellulite" differ so dramatically from the cellulite we see today? For example:

They are not the same. The skin folds on the left are from high body fat, yet modern cellulite appears even on slender figures Somewhere along the way, something changed-- Your grandmother didn't have to worry about cellulite in the 1940s. But you do.

And even though doctors love saying it's "harmless", we know the truth Cellulite is a modern affliction with a modern cause.

So what happened? What's the cause? Like so many other modern ailments, the origin is simple: Seed oils, of course. But how? Read on:

Seed oils contain polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs). When they oxidize in your body, PUFAs turn into plastic-like particles ("polymerization"). It happens inside body fat, and is amplified by estrogen. Hence cellulite is more common in women, and on the legs, butt, and hips.

And PUFAs are everywhere in our modern diet They can be found in: - seed oils - fish oil - omega-3 supplements The good news? Eliminate PUFAs and the plastic deposits in your body go away. IE you get rid of cellulite forever. But it's easier said than done. For example:

To detoxify your body of PUFAs/seed oils: - eat more saturated fat - take vitamin E (it is the best pufa antioxidant) - hit the sauna But do you really have to give up snack food? Not all of it.
