@rajpanjabi @TIME At this point, nets have a much better efficacy, AFAIK. Gift a net with every vaccination. The vaccine's efficacy is 30% against severe disease, because it doesnt protect against some varieties, which foreseeably will soon dominate. This is a start, but we can do much better.
