By the way, CEOs of private companies also should not have the right to force any worker to take a drug, much less an experimental one, as a condition of keeping their jobs. Repubs need to stop worshipping corporations and put an end to this EEOC ruling when we have a chance.

@pnjaban @KensingtonKerry Some corporations played it slick….one in particular….offered employees $1000 if they took the shot. The interesting part is, there was no requirement to get ‘boosted’! Just get one shot and you’re good to go! Those that didn’t simply got ‘tested’ weekly. Ludicrous!
@pnjaban @RuthEvans18 A “private company“ is still bound by the constitution and the rights of the people. They aren’t truly in the private. They are in commerce in the public realm. They are not a private association, where they are no longer engaged in public commerce.
@pnjaban Well said, Harmeet. And I completely agree with the decision of the court.
@pnjaban @RonDeSantisFL did it in Florida you cannot discriminate against the unvaccinated
@pnjaban How do people not understand that the Left are the Authoritarians. It has been this way throughout history as it is today
@pnjaban Harmeet, why do you call this an experimental drug, when it has had more testing than any drug ever. Yes, there are adverse events, and the efficacy isn't what was hoped, but no drug has had more testing.
