@sexytori17 Eliminate employer insurance. Third party payer systems always drive uncontrollable inflation. Student loans and college tuition for example. First $10,000 out of pocket but non taxed on income. People have to have a stake in their own lives

@rockhillsranch If available get the extended reach standard pay loaders do not match tractor loaders for range or meditator. Make sure it has a quick attach/detach option. You’re going to want to move bales one minute and scoop manure and feed the next. Also you’ll never regret it
