@nectar hi, my mum had a nectar card years ago and lost it. She was recently given a new card, which has points on it, but when trying to use the app, her email address is already registered under her old nectar card number. How can she change the card linked to her account?

@tescomobile My mum has her phone with you and she NEVER has any reception at home. Your coverage checker (NR13) says she should have 'seamless coverage indoors and outdoors'. Your service status says the below. Why does she need to drive 2 miles to make a phone call?

@ETusty @_MissieBee @mothercareuk @BootsUK Oh my goodness, this! My only just 7yr old son is very tall, and is in 9-10 clothes. Trying to find clothes not covered in gaming stuff or skulls is such a pain, let alone the fact most boys selections are half that of the girls.

@DoningtonWhites @alexbakerman I think this happens loads. Saw Paul Simon in Manchester, and the number of people chatting or going back and forth to the bar during the show was staggering. Can only assume a lot of people go because they have the money to, rather than being fans.

@PolicyExpert my father in law was expecting a claims assessor to visit today - no one turned up, no contact as to why. Currently over 2 months into a claim process and not close to sorting anything. How does he log a complaint?
