Rep. Nancy Pelosi: "The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law. No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence. Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right."
@kylegriffin1 Almost everyone in the mentions goes right along with the idea that he has to prove his innocence in a trial.
@kylegriffin1 This the smartest man in history the best who only has the best around him and he has the biggest indictment. The best indictment you’ll ever see. Some say it’s the best criminal charges in the history of the world of America 🤭
@kylegriffin1 @JLownLaw I almost agree with this statement and realize what is supposed to be conveyed and understand who is involved but let's not forget it isn't the job of the defendant to prove their innocence but the prosecution to prove their guilt.
@kylegriffin1 @Marc_Perrone Like Trump respects anything or anyone.
@kylegriffin1 I think you got this backwards. Trump is presumed innocent and the state has to prove his guilt. I think he is guilty.
@kylegriffin1 Prove innocence?
@kylegriffin1 @vikingsarehere He will not have any respect for the indictment and his mob mentality will come out and attempt to picture him as the victim of unfair prosecution 🤔
@kylegriffin1 @Slicknickshady Trials are for guilt to be proven, not for innocence to be proven.
