#movingthroughmotherhood I am very excited to be teaching #hkr1000 this semester at @MemorialU 👩🏻🏫 Samuel and I are working hard to create a balanced schedule that involves movement, course prep, feeding and napping. Wish us luck! 🤞🏻🤱🏻 #AcademicTwitter @Momademia
@Alexnunes_HKR Definitely agree. Doing activities that benefit you and that you enjoy doing is a win-win. I also do so and it has made me a lot happier and accomplished throughout my day. #HKR1000
#HKR1000 has helped improve my mood on a daily basis , Welltrack analysis helped me get better at logging food which helped me reach calorie goals daily improving myself mentally and physically by giving reassurance I'm eating enough daily and physically by always having energy.
@edmunds_jared This is the same thing with me! I find school is very stressful and either going to the gym or palying sports, the exercise is a great way to relieve stress. The course showed a lot of other helpful ways to manage this stress too! #HKR1000
@BenjaminHoyles @BenjaminHoyles I completely agree. Exercise is extremely important to physical wellness and stress reduction. In my Welltrack app, my happiest moments are when engaging in physical activity with friends. #HKR1000
This semester #HKR1000 has been helpful teaching me about how the human body works. It helped me in maintaining a balanced diet and the well track assignment made me realise that I keep a good mood during weekends as I am usually around friends and I am stressed during weekdays
Using the WellTrack app, I was able to pin point what activities impacted my mood. My better moods were from hanging out with friends, playing sports or going to the gym. While studying or working would stress me out. The #HKR1000 course has taught me ways to manage this stress.
@PrashantMUN_ That's right! Creating a balance between your social and personal life, leisure and study activities, etc, really helps us to manage stress levels which helps us to enhance our mental wellness. Too much or too little of anything can be harmful in the long run. #HKR1000
