The pushback letter from Bragg’s office is a really fine mix of legal analysis and rhetorical flair. Jordan’s obnoxious efforts to meddled in an uncharged local case is five ways lawless, including that the remedy for a “political“ prosecution would be in the courts.
@harrylitman What is the 'legit legislative purpose' here? Be careful what you wish for Rs have exposed just how toothless House subpoenas are if the witness doesn't want to cooperate Maybe they can convince Garland to hold Bragg in contempt ...😇
@harrylitman This is more of the GOP extremists’, in Congress and beyond, quest to dismantle the rule of law in this country. That’s apparent as they jump on every opportunity to “demand” of others what they know goes against that rule of law.
@harrylitman Rep. Jordan is unfit for public office.
@harrylitman Just more evidence the House GOP has no respect for the rule of law. Jordan totally unqualified to sit in Congress
@harrylitman I thought Bragg's letter was beautifully written and enjoyed reading it😀
