Sri Lanka Minister of Tourism Diana Gamage re-confirms her bid to build a Walt Disney resort in Hambantota, making it the world's first travel destination where white elephants outnumber wild elephants. bit.ly/3TAnUll
It's too bad that the Los Angeles Rams ended Tom Brady's quest for an eighth Super Bowl ring. That said, I'm happy for Matthew Stafford. The dude had to waste so many years of his NFL career in Detroit, a football Siberia.
The Buccaneers gave away sixty-one yards in penalties. Maybe the stupidest one was when a pouty Ndamukong Suh ("You see he kick me?") hurt his team's chances by taunting Matt Stafford. Not the way to play if you want to win in the NFL.
How does Cooper Kupp get open with so many defenders swarming all over? Has any team in the NFL been able to contain him? The dude's redefining the role of the wide receiver. Why wait? Might as well take the measurements for his Hall of Fame gold jacket.
Hats off to Joe Burrow. While his offensive line rolled over and let him get sacked, the dude stood tall. The talking heads thought Derrick Henry would run through the Bengals like an anvil on wheels, but the defense stopped him cold. Not a Bengals fan, but this was a great win.
Jimmy Dore goes on an epic rant on the Useful Idiots podcast with Katie Halper and Matt Taibbi. It's scathing, it's profane, it's funny as hell. Not everyone will be amused. youtu.be/QxIjbulIYDs via @YouTube
