$ONDS today’s $4.8 mm 3 month contract with the navy is beyond incredible. Why? It is for one balloon. And $4.8 mm for 90 days is $53k per day pricing. So if this mission is extended in perpetuity (sure sounds like it will be) it would be $19.2 mm in revs for one coverage area.

What if the government invests in Ondas? My mind has been spinning today, both because I’m obsessed with $ONDS and I’ve already been through this type of scenario with $MP. I bought MP right before the government announced their investment plan. I had purchased 2000 shares at around $31. The stock quickly shot up to the $60’s, and I sold. Now that the government has started talking about investing in drone companies, I’ve been trying to figure out how an investment in $ONDS, should they be chosen, would affect the stock price. Naturally, because of my MP experience, I’d been thinking double, maybe $20 a share. But then I started thinking about where $MP was, operationally speaking, relative to magnet production. They weren’t ready to produce. Far from it. When comparing Ondas to MP, operationally, it seems like Ondas has more of the nuts and bolts of their business in place than MP did (magnet wise) at the time of US investment. I could be wrong? Should the government select Ondas, I feel like they’re ready to hit the ground running…because they already have been. An investment would help supercharge their efforts. This is not a prediction (I don’t operate that way), but $20 a share wouldn’t surprise me at all. Double like MP. But to be completely honest, because of where they are operationally, I see more upside, maybe closer to $30, albeit not immediately, but definitely in the not-so-distant future. Anyway, just obsessing out loud. 🙄 But I bet you are too, if you’re holding shares.
