Kyrsten Sinema says she will "strongly support" legislative responses to assure free/fair elections and counter restrictive state laws. She names the Freedom To Vote Act and John Lewis. But she makes clear he still support the 60-vote filibuster rule for legislation.

"Look, there are really important things that I swear I care about but I also think it's important to make sure they can never get done."

@danpfeiffer "Power changes hands regularly in this house, and we must make sure than no matter which party the people have chosen to represent them, that party is totally incapable of enacting any policy whatsoever (unless it's tax cuts for the richest people in human history)."

@danpfeiffer I cannot wait to donate to her primary opponent

@danpfeiffer She made mention of what the other party would do. They have already done it. They do not play fair and I guarantee if they get power whatever they want to do they won't suspend it because they don't have 10 Democratic senators.

@danpfeiffer " I'm not doing this for money...I'm doing this for a SHIT-TON of money".

@danpfeiffer Keeping our democracy intact is the most important thing we can do, which is why we must ensure the minority can override the majority That's just how democracy works in Sinema logic, Dan

@danpfeiffer @PodSaveAmerica Someone needs to ask her where the evidence is that filibuster makes us less divisive instead of more.

@danpfeiffer Nailed it. Attention seeking behaviors. Dark money.
