@MisterAddons So i'm guessing that you're putting the subcarrier signal in with vsync? I was just hoping it was the pixel clock lol.

@MisterAddons The OSSC outputs HDMI which you can then convert to VGA with a DAC - as far as I understand what MikeS does - he seems to take the 3.58MHz signal and then suppress the signal in sync with the pixel clock to generate a phase biased pixel clock aware subcarrier

@MisterAddons That's why I was thinking the OSSC might be able to work (vs other solutions) - the OSSC generates its own RGB signal and has a pixel clock for its RGB output - which is what MikeS uses for the MiSTeR cores YC support
