Passages that look longer or shorter from the outside, done via camera tricks and teleporting shenanigans. I've seen these kinds of tricks done in 3D, but not that often in 2D. #indiedev #gamedev #unity3d

Here's a weird one. It's a wheel of platforms that moves in a circular fashion, but on closer inspection, each individual platform actually moves in a perfectly straight line. Hypocycloid math. Oddly mesmerizing. #indiedev #gamedev #unity3d
