@ultabeauty really unimpressed with ur customer service. You charged my credit card, I can’t make any orders now, I can’t access or activate any offers, and you won’t honor the 5x points and $10 off from when I tried to order the other day (which I was charged for but won’t get)
@ultabeauty sooo when are we going to either get order confirmations for orders placed Saturday in the app or our $10 off coupons and 5x points reward back because your app failed?
I have never seen a mainstream social media platform go downhill so quickly.

hi @ultabeauty , the "add to cart" button has completely disappeared from any item's interface for the last 10 minutes or so, and on both the desktop and app version - what can i do to fix this?
