@bchesky Airbnb needs to focus on the backend more . My experience has been horrific , been locked out of account for nearly 10 days with very poor call centre staff unable to explain the problem and solution.

@bchesky For 2023, please revisit your customer service stream. You all were the model for top CX for early 2010s. I spent 4 HOURS yesterday with the team getting a resolution. It was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
@bchesky Any chance protection for host coming soon? How long do we have to be at the mercy of opportunistic guest? We refuse 1 PM checkout and a guests is allowed to leave a review clearly libel, violates Airbnb policy and we get not support getting it removed?
