@landxfinance is operating from a first mover advantage putting them in a good position. It would triggering a new wave in the real yield narrative that has been growing late.

Here's the catch, if the @landxfinance will be able to successfully bring these commodities on chain, DeFi can develop new products using LandX's xTokens and integrate them into their own protocol. May it be on swaps, LP, LSDs, Finance NFTs, etc, the possibilities are endless.

Farmlands are safe haven and unique opportunity for investors during economic crisis and soaring inflation rates.

It is also worth noting that while the global economy has been struggling, there is one asset that has been consistently rising since 1970 and that is farmland. Feeding billions of families around the globe, farmland yield is trustworthy, sustainable, and consistent.

If you would check, the Agricultural commodity sector has always been a necessity in the global economy. Regardless of the economic conditions, agri commodities will always be in demand thereby earning their place to consistently be a good hedge against inflation.

Furthermore, @landxfinance's Perpetual Commodity Vault is a compelling financial instrument for on chain hedging as it is bringing uncorrelated agricultural assets into the protocol.

These assets provide solid record of the origin of funds where it has been generating and bring in more value from the "outside" into the blockchain instead of circulating the same funds over and over again.

LandX saw this. And is fixated to solving it by building a platform, a bridge, for investors to help farmers create a more sustainable farmland. In return, farmers will commit their crop shares into the @landxfinance protocol.

The integration is necessary. Unless there is no real yield coming from real-world into the crypto space, the newcomers will only be the exit liquidity of those who came in first. And that's just plain terrible.

The bold step of creating yields in DeFi from Real-World Assets if properly executed and intregrated could be the Opening Salvo of bringing mainstream industries into the Defi, much more to the whole web3 space.

To someone new to Defi, it might be a bit confusing being told about the issue since DeFi promises to be a solution to the challenges in Traditional Finance including inflation. However, DeFi is still on an early stage and developing. It has to mature!! And LandX is leading it.
