A former police chief was arrested for 43 counts of molesting and raping a 13- yr old girl and was released on a 50k bond with a no contact order, happened in Arkansas. The victims family woke early one day with their dog barking. The dad went to his daughter’s room and found she was gone and a car driving away. The dad gave chase, ran the car off the road and found his daughter inside with the suspect. A confrontation ensued and the dad, Aaron Spencer shot and killed the suspect. Spencer then called police, reported the incident and was arrested for second degree murder. There’s no doubt Aaron saved his daughter’s life, the suspect was probably trying to eliminate the only witness. This case was sent to me by a retired police officers association who are backing Aaron and started a defense fund.

President Trump should be impeached for literally sending Venezuelan immigrants who were NOT proven gang members, and who were, in some cases, in the middle of the legal asylum process to violent prisons in El Salvadore without any due process. This is despicable. He literally sent fathers of young children to a prison in a country that these people have never been to. These prisons allow no visitors, and family members have no way of even contacting them right now. There's something I'm not understanding about the thing. Well, several things, in no particular order. You don't deport someone to a prison, you deport them to their country. El Salvador is not their country. And these are not criminals. They've not been convicted of anything. And they're being sent to prison. In a country that isn't America or Venezuela. And they were sent there without any due process. No trial. No court. No conviction. For some of them, it was based on their tattoos? And they're going to be held for a year, then that term extended at will?? Without any convictions?? What the fork is going on? Where's this going to lead?
