BREAKING: Oakland County deputies are unable to find James and Jennifer Crumbley. They are each facing 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter and have not turned themselves in. FBI, US Marshalls and fugitive apprehension team are currently searching. Their car is a black Kia SUV.

I fully support Prosecutor McDonald’s issuance of Involuntary Manslaughter charges against the parents of the alleged shooter. Demanding accountability of a child’s parents under the circumstances presented isn’t just appropriate, it’s essential. Justice demands no less.
On morning of shooting, a teacher saw an alarming note on charged suspect’s desk and took a picture of it.

Per OakCo Prosecutor:
on Nov. 21st, charged 15yo suspect in Oxford Shootings was observed searching ammunition on his cell phone by a teacher, who reported it to school officials.
Parents were called and emailed.
They didn’t respond.
Heartbreaking details are being released right now by prosecutor Karen McDonald. During school, Ethan drew a picture of his gun along with the words “help me” and “blood everywhere.” He was sent to the office but was sent back to class. The shooting happened about 3 hours later
The list of Metro-Detroit schools who cancelled class today over copy cat threats has grown to 80. Police say they’ve also made three arrests in three different districts over threats; Southfield, Sterling Heights, and Flint. @wxyzdetroit

More than 30 school districts in Metro Detroit are closed today over copy-cat threats. This coming after a mass shooting at Oxford High school left four students dead and 8 others injured. We got tips about another trend that may be circulating on tik tok. Screenshot is below.
Prosector says her office is also considering charges against both parents. A decision will be made soon. The 9mm semi-automatic handgun used in the mass shooting was purchased by the suspect’s father on Nov. 26, per Oakland County Sheriff.
