@whaleyola In my opinion, the UK sun can feel stronger than in Nigeria sometimes, not because we’re closer to the sun (we’re not), but because our skin isn’t used to it. Less year-round sun means lower melanin, so we burn quicker when it’s out even if it's weaker than tropical sun.

@EmekaKairo @PremiumTimesng @NafdacAgency While the FCCPC and SON do play roles in consumer protection & standards, NAFDAC's oversight is critical in ensuring that only safe and properly labeled dairy products are approved for the Nigerian market. NAFDAC is in a key position to explain how these standards are enforced.

@EmekaKairo @PremiumTimesng @NafdacAgency Thanks for this info however, NAFDAC cannot distance itself from the issue. Under the "NAFDAC Milk & Dairy Products Regulations 2019", NAFDAC is responsible for the registration and regulation of all dairy products in Nig, ensuring they meet safety, quality, & labeling standards.
