With help of public landowners Common Home delivers affordable homes for outright sale (not shared ownership) to Londoners: ▫️1 bed flat: £215,000 ▫️2 bed flat: £240,000 ▫️4 bed flat: £360,000 All come fully finished and larger than London Plan space standards.

@boblsmith True, but we are close to securing a significant loan from the Mayor of London to assist in the delivery of our first homes. It's not as if the well-established companies have done enough so far to tackle the problem—maybe some fresh ideas are what's required?
