@kimlou111 这两年亏都是高位接盘的吧，而且豪宅不用看了吧，本来买豪宅投资就不是第一需求，只是顺便，除非那种outer几个hector带豪宅的hobby farm，不然从%上从来就不是一个多赚钱的市场，疫情前墨尔本之外买大地破房投资的，本金+持有期成本-租金收入后的cg不赚个三倍以上，都不好意思和别人说自己投过大地破房
@DestinedMiss @Money_or_Life_X 对啊，不知道怎么算的，除了rack/power/cooling这些，现在二线ai厂和传统企业对自训练模型的需求+对中国技术禁运+非常贵的内存价格这些，导致其实从一线llm训练大战中退下来的gpu，其实残值和需求也都非常高。。这全损实在肉疼吧，长期可能看gpu技术进入平台期？我自己感觉近几年这个商业模型难以走通
@DestinedMiss @Money_or_Life_X 能在轨多久？这个退役是直接烧毁，残值为0，所以最后就看和地面部署相同算力硬件来说，生命周期总额外成本（包括总发射质量的机会成本，难以维护和技术升级的风险成本，以及0残值）和多省下的电费总数谁高了

@Wujizhuzhu 资本利得税不卖收不到，投资者赚美元，绝大多数是长期留在美元资产里的离岸美元，不会结汇，然后赚钱效应还会让越来越多的人民币换成美元炒美股，换回来的钱和这个比几乎可以忽略。这一刀切等于让持美股的两年内强制结汇么，毕竟两天下一个蛋太慢了，不够塞牙缝，还是直接杀鸡痛快，今天就可以吃黄焖鸡
@nursenika1840 我们公司客户大概一轮下来接电话比例50%+，打两个rounds接电话比例75%+，工作确实是teams和邮件，但日常办事儿很难完全不打电话，即使理论上邮件也行的事儿，很多时候也没那个耐心等，随便confirm来回两个邮件，一周时间过去了

@46ge5 本地模型除了什么国防政府法务那些非常需要隐私的外，想大规模应用，唯一的办法是在不需要速度的情况下，能做到比同等质量输出的云模型省钱，也就是硬件折旧+电费+维护成本+没活时的空闲成本+占地租金etc全加起来必须小于同质量云模型（和本地模型一个水平的云模型目前非常便宜）的成本

@winsonaibuilder @python_xxt emm 如同不教画画。直接培养绘画鉴赏/审美能力，然后指导技巧上没问题的人，创作画家级别的画作。。以后大概就这种培养方法吧，其实之前用汇编语言的，看后面直接从高级语言编程入行的人（大部分人完全不考虑底层机制），也觉得不可思议

@peng_hellen 查过了，新西兰投美股5%的FIF，可以选择FDR法，无论涨多少只交5%（不卖也要交）跌的话，选CV法，但和澳洲最大的不同是，CV法的亏是纯亏，不能像澳洲一样carry forward抵消下一年的CGT，也就是实际上等于账面赚钱年每年交5%，亏不交税也无法抵税，但如果几年的走势是前期浮盈很多最后浮盈大减的话。。。
