I hope that #Packers fans can understand that those of us who may support Rodgers moving on this offseason don't *hate* him, and in fact, we love him. I'm a massive Rodgers fan, which in many ways is why I'm ready to let his story here end before the waters are muddied.

@TundraVision Seems pretty muddy in Green Bay already…this statement feels two to three years late to me…

@iamQ1265 If only I had been making these exact same statements two to three years ago. Oh, that's right, I was.

@TundraVision I'm on your side here. I'm a huge Rodgers fan, however, don't you see them not wanting to move on as an indictment on Love? I'm starting to wonder if they feel Love doesn't have "it". If they believe Love is the guy, I'd like to see him in there and growing with the young WR's

@rval80 I don't think so. I would say in 2005 and 2006, the brass was terrified to lose Brett Favre. And you have to remember, they were ready to bring Favre back in 2007 as well, until he retired. There's a huge fear in ostracizing the face of your franchise.

@TundraVision People who say the Packers need to stay with Rodgers next year and possible the year after don’t understand how long it takes to develop a QB. Do you actually think Love is still going to be here or that we can draft a QB that will be as ready as Love should be.

@DkySports Rodgers started in his fourth year and won a Super Bowl in his 3rd year as a starter (6th year). I think we're good with Love.

Isn't just about what Aaron does for the #Packers, but what they do for him. We're already in the hole for 2023 cap space, and need $ for Gary extension. Most/all our UFAs will leave. Receiving corps under contract in 2023: Watson, Deguara, Doubs, Toure, PS players. That's it.

There's no big free agent TE/WR coming. There's only one first round pick, and I'd imagine it's designated to replace Amos and perhaps Savage. The rest of those receivers will be made up of draft picks and UDFAs. It isn't just about whether we love Rodgers enough to keep him.
