Designating ‘Worry Time’ in your day may sound strange, but hear @alessiacara out.

@TheEllenShow @alessiacara Gosh, I would LOVE to see the Ellen Show in person before it comes to an end 💖

@TheEllenShow @alessiacara ELLEN! Please change the logo😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

@TheEllenShow @alessiacara Interesting. It sounds difficult, especially for someone... let's say, over 29. We're in a rut, it's a habit, to worry off and on all day. To actually live life would be a dream come true!

@TheEllenShow @alessiacara It's an amazing strategy to help manage negative thoughts that come from having anxiety and/or depression. 🙌 I was also fortunate to find an amazing therapist to help me manage my anxiety, but I know not everyone is so lucky, so here are some other strategies that might help. 🤍

@TheEllenShow @alessiacara ~Finding something that works for anxiety is a godsend. For me, it’s meditating throughout my day, 😘

@TheEllenShow @alessiacara Most people who can't dance/sing play a musical instrument, but composing? It's really something to consider. This girl is just amazing, to me! A lot of Late Baby Boomers were successful out of high school, it seems. I remember when I was only 2 years old being pressured so! 😳

@TheEllenShow @alessiacara Who is she 🤷‍♀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

@TheEllenShow @alessiacara many people do better when they are working & don't "have time " to worry. they have problems when they retire & think its due to age. things you do with hands are grounding: the decrease overthinking. Maybe emotional problems w pandemic was due to too much time to think
