@TheCoachFriso Intermittent fasting is the main add. Your body will learn to not be hungry during an extended time window. That’s reducing your likelihood to over index on calories.
@TheCoachFriso Realise that hunger is not an emergency. Have a glass of water, even with electrolytes in, and it's amazing how quickly hunger can pass. True hunger feels very different to feeling peckish.
