Friendly reminder, make sure you generate backup codes for 2fa, verify your phone numbers, make sure your passwords are safe, secure, backed up. Use a password manager. Don't blame tech support for your mistakes when you can't get in your account.

@Ozz91111 @discord Like, did you verify your phone number? Did you 2fa? Did you lose access to these security measures? Do you have your backup codes? Do you have access to the email address used to create the account? If you can't verify, why should they give you an account full of private info?

@Ozz91111 @discord I don't think you get it. Without access to the original email, you could be anyone trying to steal someones legit account. If they had given "your old account" to you, I would feel extremely uncomfortable with my security on discord. 2fa and phone verify are there for a reason.
