Working on implementing a LiDAR concept for Falling Frontier. Still very much in-progress, but the goal is to integrate it into the existing Fog of War system/Uber shader. An immense undertaking from all sides, but worth it. Here's the idea at work in an isolated Unity scene.

To create a richer and fuller world in Falling Frontier, there are systems for background ambient traffic. Transports move between logistical bases so that the endless void of space doesn't feel quite as empty.

@Unikraken @Z7000k Unlikely, Falling Frontier is designed around smaller operational Flotilla's. Ships are complex and pack a lot of firepower which is computationally expensive.
