Servicewomen make the military stronger, better, more capable. "But girls hurt unit cohesion" demonstrates weak leadership, not women's shortcomings.

@SistersofB IMHO It also demonstrates the infantile version of masculinity we seem to not be able to shake in the Navy. We tacitly encourage it’s continuation versus training it out of the service. My super unpopular opinion is that fraternization is not a problem if we grew tf up a little.

@egaliarchy Fraternization is like sex on a boy scout camping trip: Just. No. I don't care if you're into men women or rubber chickens, but keep it out of the we-live-in-uncomfortable-close-quarters-with-built-in-power-imbalances workplace.

@SistersofB Only place I’ve ever heard inklings of this was from combat arms guys. In a career field w/ women everywhere this was never an issue. Hell during push operations for 🇮🇶 in 03, MP unit w/ mostly women had planned properly:📦 full of feminine hygiene products to sustain for months
