@Zorpheous I like to go for runs with my pup. I also generally try to unplug on the weekends unless something big happens. My mantra is that the shitshow will be there when I get back. Curling up with a book and a scotch after everyone goes to bed is also a nice sanity break.

@KatzST There is unfortunately NOT a law that won’t allow that in most cases. There are a few crimes he could be charged with that would (theoretically) prevent him from running again, but those cases likely won’t be decided until after the election. Asinine, right?

@NancyDwyerChap1 The aid is multifaceted (some money, weapons, ammunition, vehicles, etc.), but the materiel can start to be flown out almost immediately. The Pentagon knows what they want to send - they just need the money to do it.

I’m going to shame these Republicans forever. But more importantly today, I’m happy that House finally did its job and passed vital, lifesaving aid for Ukraine. The delay was unconscionable, but help is finally on the way.

Even trying to argue that reposts aren’t subject to the gag order should be insulting to the judge. Using surrogates to violate a gag order—and then amplifying them—is no different than doing it yourself.
