Once again @MountainAmerica managed to screw up my day. Multiple times they've declined purchases as fraudulent when it wasn't. Now I used their ATM to make a deposit, that machine reset. Now my money has disappeared. So I now I wait 10 days to see if they'll do anything.

Received my new dash cam from @owlcameras it took 6 minutes to install. I'm happy to have a dash cam again. My previous Owl dash cam lasted 4 years. I'm happy for this updated version. But bring back the recording of prior 10 seconds when activating "OK Presto"

I want to thank @owlcameras for their excellent customer service. My dashcam failed and they did everything that they could to help. But it was a major failure & camera was 4.5 yrs old and out of warranty. I plan on buying my next dashcam from them. Thanks again Owlcam support.

@askUHC I ended up speaking to 3 different individuals and The final one a fine person that identified herself as "Angel A" took care of me and got me walked through the problem and it is now mostly resolved at this point. Thank you for your quick response and KUDOS to Angel

@UHC and @AskUHC Can I ask why I have now been hung up on once by your operators and shunted back into the que by an operator? Thus far i have 63 minutes first call on hold then a hangup and 37 minutes this second call which i was just shunted back to the que

Do you know how you can tell that @Uber_Support really "CARES"? You can tell when the give you a "canned" response and then when you add comments to the issue, they do not address those comments but they do change the order in the second "canned" response so it appears different.
