The House Republican bill to address our national debt is reasonable—and Americans agree with it. We need to stop the insane spending in Washington!
@SenTedCruz No, Ted. Most Americans don't agree with it, especially if they get past the GOP rhetorical gaslighting and understand what this is really about.
@SenTedCruz I don't agree with it because cutting discretionary spending to last year's level is going to do a damn thing to counter our deficit, and we default, we'll just add trillions more overnight with interest. Plus, you want to take away snap benefits for people who cannot work.
@SenTedCruz The only reason you are having a hissy fit is because it's a dem president. It couldn't be more clear. Again, cutting spending on the people for this country isn't going to change the deficit at all. I can't believe people believe the junk you are saying. Unbelievable!
@SenTedCruz "The Republican calculus is simple: Spend like there's no tomorrow when you're in power because it helps you politically. When you're out of power, do everything possible to stop Democrats from spending in order to hurt them." . It's all a lie.
@SenTedCruz How many decades have you clowns been saying this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤡
@SenTedCruz He helped to try to overthrow our Country. That hasn't worked...Now he's trying to hold "Our Country Hostage." For Tax Cuts for the Rich and Big Corporations. His Kickbacks are more important to him than "We The People" He is willing to have our country go into Default.
@SenTedCruz Thank you! I have children who will be paying back the debt their whole lives. Cruz for president! 🩷
