I am proud to cosponsor the Parents Bill of Rights because it's a parent's right to have a role in their kids' education. This bill will provide much-needed transparency for parents to be involved in their child's education. Another #CommitmentToAmerica promise being fulfilled.
@RepLangworthy A victorious day for parents and their children! finally, common sense wins!
@RepLangworthy @HouseGOP You know they can already do this…parents actually need to be ACTIVE in their child’s life
@RepLangworthy Parents have a right to keep their children safe, but the 2nd Amendment is more important, right?
@RepLangworthy Only when it suits you. Florida has stripped parents rights on lgbt matters, what their kids can see
@RepLangworthy Why didn't you support Thomas Massie's efforts to end the department of education? Can you direct us to a statement explaining your rationale?
@RepLangworthy This bill forces culture war policies on local school boards whether they want them or not. There is no reason for the federal government to dictate what fiscal information a school has to publish. That has long been public information.
@RepLangworthy These rights are available to all parents acorns the country in the form of School Board regs. This is just political theatre.
@RepLangworthy Oh, please. Parent's rights have always been supported by the schools. And the right to keep children safe? Greatest danger to school children is GUNS. You do know that, hmmm?
@RepLangworthy @HouseGOP Good, I am likely going to homeschool anyway.
