NYC DA Bragg committed prosecutorial misconduct by reportedly hiding hundreds of pages of "exculpatory evidence" from the grand jury involved in the President Trump case. What kind of DA does that? How is he still barred?
@RepAndyBiggsAZ How are you not behind bars?
@RepAndyBiggsAZ What exculpatory evidence? And if he kept it hidden how do you know about it? Oh yeah. I get it. You just made that up.
@RepAndyBiggsAZ Just more Republican propaganda. A grand jury acts as an investigative body, acting INDEPENDENTLY of either prosecuting attorney or judge. It requests evidence, including witness testimony and pursues its investigations unhindered by external influence or supervision.
@RepAndyBiggsAZ Our justice system is in the state it is because of the money Soros spent buying prosecutors. Not to mention that 95% of lawyers are Democrats and lawyers oversee the bar association. Never saw a group that lacked integrity more than lawyers. Democrats have corrupted the US
@RepAndyBiggsAZ Because the Communist Kathy Hochul is governmor.
@RepAndyBiggsAZ Where did you get this piece of information from? Why isn't it being reported? I'm skeptical. Also, in general, is a DA expected to show exculpatory evidence to a grand jury?
@RepAndyBiggsAZ A spokesperson for Bragg's office told NPR in a written statement: "We will not be intimidated by attempts to undermine the justice process, nor will we let baseless accusations deter us from fairly applying the law." #GOPCorruptionOverCountry
@RepAndyBiggsAZ These clowns 🤡 are lawless and so corrupt.
