President Biden, celebrating the 13-year Anniversary of the Affordable Care Act: "While the Affordable Care Act has been called many things, Obamacare is the most fitting description. I remember three words I used at the time. I thought it was a big deal." Narrator: It was a BFD. On March 23, 2010, President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law. Since then, it's helped a total of 40.2 million Americans gain affordable health care, lowered health care costs, and provided essential coverage of services like cancer detection and mental health treatment. Who else is grateful for the lives saved by The Affordable Care Act?✋
@ReallyAmerican1 If this is Socialism, I want more.
@ReallyAmerican1 That's the health care delivery system overhaul that every Democrat running for reelection vows to fix, right? Good job, Barry.
@ReallyAmerican1 "Affordable Care Act". Or how politicians bought the medical industry. Doctors can be bribed just as easy with politicians. Maybe we should stop letting them corrupt society with taxpayer funds. healthaffairs.org/do/10.1377/hpb…
@ReallyAmerican1 Single payer, universal healthcare would've been ever so much better, but the drug & insurance companies are too rich and powerful. That said, ACA has saved countless lives.
@ReallyAmerican1 I have health insurance thanks to this law
@ReallyAmerican1 Now tax payers pwn the debt on 90%+ of the insured people in the US. The same people that TELL YOU that corporate needs to pay it's fair share. They write laws that put the responsibilities in the pockets of tax payers. Higher cost, fewer choices. Now think a little about Covid
@ReallyAmerican1 I knew it! @BronxCrackDaddy @Squirrel_Bomber @MajidPadellan @NickAdamsssss @mattyb_73
