Most thumbnail designers spend hours perfecting tiny details at 100% zoom. People sees it at the size of a postage stamp. That's why you're losing clicks. The Tiny Test: Before you export, shrink your canvas to smartphone size (or enable the "Navigation" panel on Photoshop and make it small). - Is the text still readable? - Is the main subject recognizable? - Does the contrast hold? If any of those fail, the thumbnail fails. What kills thumbnails on smartphone: - Text too small to read - Face too small to see the expression - 3+ elements competing for space - Subject and background at similar contrast Your design looks fine on your big monitor. It's invisible on a phone. Over 70% of YouTube is watched on smartphone. You're designing for the wrong screen. This one passes the test.

@laurent49999370 @nikop17 Ils ont passé l'Euro 2025 féminine sur TF1. Le plus gros pic ça a été un peu plus de 5 millions. Le dernier Euro masculin, le pire match de l'EDF niveau audience ça a été 9 millions. Je pense qu'il n'y a plus grand chose à dire
