We are aware that some customers on our hosted Logos systems are currently down. We are investigating and looking into this issue currently.
Our 4.4.3 release of ParishSOFT Family Suite went out this morning, which included a change to the URL you use to go to your site. See this link for info - goo.gl/qXH9D1
Our planned maintenance window is now starting at 8 PM EST for ConnectNow Family Suite, Accounting, and AIM Suite applications. It will complete by 8 PM EST tomorrow.
We are currently experiencing some extreme slowness in our ConnectNow applications (especially in our Toledo database) We are working hard to rectify!
All Online Giving Performance issues from earlier today have been resolved. We appreciate your patience! As always feel free to contact support if your experience is different!
We are currently noticing some performance issues in our legacy On Line Giving product that is affected when running reports. We are working on resolution and hope to have that soon.
We have repaired the ability to import contributions into ConnectNow Family Suite. Thanks for your patience!

We are experiencing technical issues with our phone system - hold times may be longer than usual
The system outage at this time appears to affect Remote Solutions and ConnectNow Family Suite users. ConnectNow Accounting is unaffected.
