I’m someone who used to enjoy a good beer. The other day I found these in the local grocery store. They have a beer vibe while being refreshing, zero calories, and zero alcohol.

It’s 5am here in Wisconsin and I’m breaking a 40hr fast with Eggs, Bacon and a Ribeye. Sleeping poorly the last couple days but also shedding a couple of those last stubborn pounds and seeing glucose levels and ketones improve further. I suspect it’s higher than normal cortisol
