Been a very busy week, 3 massive game showcases plus a loaded schedule of other planned content for the channel left little time to properly play Marathon and it feels like people have skyrocketed through progression, I feel waaaaaay behind😭 Destiny 2's final update launches very very soon and I'll be spending time there, there's just not enough time to cover all the amazing games out there.

I am really gonna miss Tyler Hoechlin's Sephiroth...he was so good 😭 At first I thought we straight up were getting Paul St Peter going Xemnas mode but I need to hear more of Travis because I feel he'll do great it'll just feel so inconsistent and it really is a shame.

Final Fantasy VII is the reason I’m still here playing video games. From a very young age I was exposed to a deep narrative experience in a world unlike anything I’d ever seen. The characters, the music, the aesthetic and an introduction to a game series I would grow up with were integral to how I approach engaging with games today. FFVII is truly so special to me with my journey covering the original game in my childhood, to the 2005 tech demo igniting a dream for a remake, Advent Children, Dirge of Cerberus, Crisis Core then to the 2015 Remake reveal and now playing through this trilogy in 2020, 2024 and soon 2027 for the 30th anniversary year of the game. It feels so surreal to finally be on the cusp of witnessing this remake project’s conclusion and I am grateful to have been here for the whole ride. At last, the promise is fulfilled.

@Ziegler_Dev @asalisbury I’m so serious when I say please add the ability for players to actually write notes before a run that other players can take with them after looting. This stuff is top tier levels of players affecting the living world ♥️ There’s always things to consider like content filters naturally that could be easily applied or as an option in settings but I wanna believe it could be utilised in a really immersive and humorous way to have the last word towards your killer. I’ve posted a wish before about actually having a collectables tab separate from the vault that could include trinkets (the lucky charm, a childhood photo for example from the cinematic), and a collection of runner notes left for us on the bodies of those we kill would be incredible to have in there amongst other small sentimental items.

Personally I'm not gonna overreact about server issues, it happens with a lot of games. It sucks but the over the top tweaking about it is so silly. There's so much to talk about with Season 2 I don't even know where to start, but it feels amazing the additions are great the updated UI feels so buttery smooth and such a step up. Night Marsh is just so so so so cool and oozing atmosphere, huge respect for it being a proper night map and not just the same map but blue colour grading and a moon in the sky. Already loving that there's new codex entries to dive into. Hope people enjoy the game during this week, and we see some new runners for Season 2.

@Havok246653 You get the 7th Column emblem for 7 kills in the Cryo Archive, name + a bunch of numbers. So yes, it actually is.

Because of teaming, I turned a failed Compiler run into getting my 7th Column in Marathon for my last run of the season😈

I’ve got a few posts recently that are not Bungie, but before this is was a nothing account that I rarely posted on actually. Do a lot of my yapping in my Discord server. But picking up Marathon actually made me wanna post about it a lot and then I ended up engaging with the larger community on here which has been real cool, not really done that before. Mix that in with the sentimental feelings about Destiny 2’s update so I’ve been wanting to share my thoughts with the larger Bungie community about it.

Man it’s really sinking in how I’ve been waiting like 7 years to properly face off against Xivu Arath If we ever do get a Destiny 3, it needs to be her to set the tone man… I’m getting real bummed out I can’t just freely revisit past expansion/seasonal story content even more than before, everybody who has ever played Destiny deserves to play the full story in it’s entirety from D1 to Monument of Triumph. If that was possible I’d be starting from scratch and going all the way through again 😭

June 9th we're gonna log on and the Monument of Triumph vendor selling us seasonal items will be @A_dmg04 himself and returning alongside him are the 3 faction leaders (yes it's Lakshmi-3 now deal with it) and we can earn our Faction ornaments and Faction rep again trust me

@Geezaws2 @Bungie Very similar here!! I was just gonna pass on the game even as a Halo/Destiny fan simply for not having a campaign and I absolutely did not think I’d have any time for an extraction shooter especially if I fell behind But 112 with 350~ hours later 🤝
