If the Constitution doesn't protect the poor from being automatically jailed as soon as they can no longer afford skyrocketting rents + there are no shelters available than what good is it?
Mind you, he’s under investigation by the FBI right now for his crimes and he’s facing a lawsuit for sexual abuse of his former colleague—but sure, why not sic the NYPD on college students peacefully protesting genocide on the lawn of their own campus.
