Let's be clear:   -Harlan Crow does not have the authority to claim separation of powers to withhold information -We are within the scope of our oversight -We have established a clear legislative purpose   The requested information should be provided without delay.

@JudiciaryDems Thank you for your dogged pursuit of ethics. The reality is many Americans have lost the trust of the institution of SCOTUS. And i largely blame Chief Justice Roberts for capitulating on SCOTUS ethics

@JudiciaryDems @EdwardEvilap Let ME be clear: As a real estate developer, Harlan Crow was a DIRECT BENEFICIARY of our corrupt SCOTUS' rewrite of the Clean Water Act.

@JudiciaryDems So you want force a private citizen you have no oversight over to provide records, but won't give this energy to the FBI refusing to provide records, when your constitutional duty is to provide oversight to that agency? Sounds about right.

@JudiciaryDems Gee. 40 years in Congress and you finally get around to pretending to do something…just for politics, not for the American people. I can hardly wait for you to retire.

@JudiciaryDems @AOC @AOC This is just another example of the Democrats trying to subvert the will of the American people. They are the party of obstruction and they will do anything to prevent President Trump from fulfilling his agenda.

@JudiciaryDems @djrothkopf Respectfully Senator Durbin, you have the votes now, subpoena him. Democratic voters want action without delay. The time for softball is over, the other party commits domestic terrorism, is holding our economy hostage and SCOTUS refuses to cooperate with the Senate. Thanks!

@JudiciaryDems He is not part of gov't; as a private citizen he isn't obligated to give them anything or indulge their fantasies and seeing how congress doesn't regulate the SCOTUS then it isn't a matter of legislative purpose in which a subpoena would be valid.
