@JeremyWard33 I've been thinking about this for a while. I don't think we can blame down stream countries like Iraq, Egypt, India from going to war with their upstream countries with large hydroelectric dams. Water is a human need, Syria, Ethiopia, China want economic growth but it's wrong.

@brunapper This is why I appreciate China. They operate on a very long term thought/planning model. Whereas most of the West operates on the "next quarters earnings" model
