@FitFounder Being motivated is one thing, finding time is another. Agree that average dads need to be fitter / more mobile, but guys who say things like 'just put yourself first' either don't have young children or are self-centred

@FitFounder True - and poor sleep is a challenge when it comes to body composition. My son is 13 months old and I’m 6kg over where I want to be - and Oura ring is on its way. Gonna prioritise sleep big-time.
My T levels dropped around that time. Had my first in my 30s. Was a pro MMA fighter with decent success regionally and a winning record. It's tough to fight against nature, raise kids, support a family, go back to school, graduate with a Masters Degree, elevated your career, AND stay jacked.
