I can tell you from close source: Every tech company that didn’t had AI based products and rushed to integrate AI everywhere are now panicking. Bills are to expensive, value to customers is so low that they can’t increase prices. More spending, same earnings… Now they just try to reduce costs.

The thing is: those Airbnb have good reviews. The quality is bad, places infested with cockroaches. Nothing is furnished: no body washes, no toilet paper. I’ve traveled in 14 countries, renting Airbnb in all of them, Manila is the worst value for money ratio you can find.
The state of Airbnb in Manila is ridiculous. First it’s overly expensive Second the value of money is completely insane: I paid 1.3k€ for a studio type for a month and it was so shitty. Stay in hotels if you plan to visit Manila.
