@virginmedia 2/2 having the decency to check or confirm that the CC is up and running again to save me wasting my time. It’s embarrassing, and shows how little you think of your customers. I’ll call the CC tomorrow but it’s to cancel, service has been so poor for so long.

@virginmedia John, read through the thread. A no-show for an appointment that I was threatened by your call centre would cost me £25 if I missed and not even the decency to contact me. Then 24 hours later you reply that I should just call the CC - not even 1/2

@virginmedia disgraceful service. Appointment booked for today, no one appeared and conveniently for a weekend, your systems are down. You threaten customers with a £25 charge for a missed appointment but don’t send a technician.

@virginmedia That’s a get out John. Your customer service is ridiculously poor in general, and you are showing no effort to make amends or offer assistance. Simply call the customer service number that wasn’t working yesterday.

@virginmedia No. There was an automated call yesterday for over two hours saying that systems were down and try to call back in 24 hours. No contact, no visit and broadband issues still exist
