I went to purchase a pair of boots and they literally changed the price from one day to the next and stated it was on sale?! No it was not. The original price was listed and they increased it by $200 smh. Very disappointed @Nordstrom that they couldn't do a price adjustment.

How I returned some Louboutins to @Nordstrom and after 3 weeks they tell me they can't process my refund. Ummm ya better figure out who stole them in your department!!!! So upset. Never ever will I order again. Valued customer for almost 10 years
