@PeterMcCole Black Adam had Cavill in it and still bombed, I think this goes beyond whether actors showed up or not. Gal was advertised as being in it before its release and it did nothing to boost the box office.

@mjarbo the last 5 dceu movies have all bombed, it goes beyond one actor refusing to do a cameo in a film, WB didnt market this at all and publicly announced they were doing a reboot so I dont think this film would've done well even if it had him in it

@Romudeth I recall the GOWR devs saying they use this to stop players avoiding combat encounters. Might be the same for FF16. (Truthfully, I do think it's to hide load screens as well. I remember in GOW 2018 encountering a literal 'loading' error when squeezing through one of the gaps.) 🤔
