@amazon I placed a grocery delivery order. A few minutes later I added a small item, or at least I thought I did. Site said "add to order?" I said yes. When the order arrived, it had double of everything, except one of the added item. Also charged for all. Quite a surprise!

@amazonIN @amazon your customer service has really gone downhill and how. Used to love it but recently you guys have messed it up so bad. Spent an entire day trying to ger an invoice downloaded. Have spoken to 5 agents till now with 0 success.

@amazon so basically was lied to about getting a replacement. Was told by two of the customer service chat people I would be getting one. But if its not in the orders of course that shit ain't happening. Got email as well saying I would within 48 hours.. here the 48 nothing.
