@BryanMicon @lufthansa @adrjeffries @cfarivar Having a similar situation with Air France/Delta as we speak. Luggage swiped in Paris at baggage carousel (apparently) but, judging by how long it’s taking to address, you’d think it was a highly complex case of international intrigue
