TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew said during a House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing on Thursday that "spying" is not the right word for alleged Chinese surveillance of Americans using his company's social media platform.
@BreitbartNews Probably happen here soon
@BreitbartNews Why would anyone believe anything that comes out of Chinese leadership. Do people really think they tell the truth
@BreitbartNews I think the obvious follow up question should been if it spying than what would you call it?
@BreitbartNews Just because he doesn't like that word doesn't mean that it's not true.
@BreitbartNews Spying is not the right word, surveillance is.
@BreitbartNews "Spy on 'Muricans???" "Oh no no no not us"...
@BreitbartNews @AmericanMade__ Just like Twitter didn’t shadowban, they had “visibility filters”, trends & search blacklists, & do not amplify lists… TikTok doesn’t spy, it just tracks your keystrokes, gathers your location data, & accesses your mic & camera - but no, no “spying”.
